About
The Gaskessel Bern is one of the oldest youth and cultural centres in Europe. Established at the beginning of the Bernese youth unrest, it became an important platform for open space in Bern. Since the early 1970s it has regularly hosted cultural events such as concerts, parties, theatre performances, exhibitions, discussions, film nights and many other events. The entire complex is located in the former gas reservoirs of the city of Bern, directly next to the river Aare on the Gaswerkareal and is divided into two spherical hemispheres.

In order to have a recognisable visual language that can be easily understood and implemented by various designers we proposed to integrate the two circles as a graphic element on all print materials in literal or abstracted form.

The Show Must Go On(Line) Campaign
Due to the global shutdown of Nightclubs caused by the Corona Virus crisis, YSA Studio created the campaign "The Love Must Go On(line)" to introduce the Podcast series supporting upcoming DJ's and the youth program associated with Gaskessel Bern.
